- Shipping is charged according to product weight.
Your shopping cart includes a postage calculator which can be used before checkout. We endevour to ensure your products are shipped promptly and securely.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
For orders outside the EU please email us for a quote. Most European orders can be checked out automatically online. This is an efficient and fast airmail service. - Privacy & Security
- Your personal details will not be shared with any 3rd parties. Payment details are not retained and are securely handled via Paypal to ensure protection for both buyer and seller. We do not see your payment information, we simply receive the funds from Paypal. Shipping address will be as per your request on our website (not always the same as your paypal address).
- Returns & Replacements
- If you are unhappy with any product please email us at info@backyardsshop.com. Unless a faulty or incorrect item is received, return costs must be paid for by the customer. Customer returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Products must be un-used and in original packaging - unless a fault claim is being made. All products come with full manufacturer's warranties. We fully comply with distance selling regulations.

- All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 - 5 working days of receipt of payment.

- Payments can be made automatically online. We accept most credit and debit cards. At present online payments are handled securely via Paypal.
- Viewing Orders and Updating Account Information
- Please login to your account and select appropriate account options. Email for a prompt response if you have any problems.
- Our level of service
- Queries will handled from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 1pm on Saturdays. We also respond to emails outside of these hours.
